Paul, Weiss Adds Fund Finance Partner in London

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced today that Cameron Roper will join the firm in London as a partner in the Finance Group within the Corporate Department. Roper has extensive expertise in fund finance and general lending and advisory work, acting for both fund managers and financial institutions.

Roper advises on the full spectrum of finance products, including net asset value (NAV) facilities, leverage for secondary transactions, hybrid facilities and subscription line facilities, as well as general partner commitment and co-investment facilities. He has also worked on innovative levered feeder structures and other bespoke financing solutions for fund managers. He is ranked in Chambers UK in the Banking & Finance: Fund Finance category and has been recognized as a Next Generation Partner by The Legal 500. He has also been named one of the Influential Fund Finance Experts by The Drawdown.

Roper received his Bachelor of Laws, with honors, from the University of Western Australia and his Master of Banking and Finance Law from the University of Melbourne. He is admitted to practice in the United Kingdom and Australia.
