Description of Program and Relief
Workforce1 Virtual Career Center Offers Career Counseling By Phone or Web
The Workforce1 Career Center system helps New Yorkers prepare for, and connect to, jobs across the City during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Through Workforce1, New Yorkers can connect with career counselors for one-on-one guidance. Although physical Workforce1 career centers are closed and in-person events have been cancelled, you can access career counseling services by phone or on the web through the Virtual Career Center. Counselors can assist with identifying jobs that are a fit for a particular individual, preparing for interviews, and accessing free job trainings.
These services are free and do not require an in-person visit.

Anyone 18 years or older who is legally authorized to work in the United States can use a Workforce1 Career Center.
