Description of Program and Relief
Suspension of Utility Cut-Offs, Late Fees, and Penalties
To help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, Augusta Utilities has suspended public access to its physical locations. Augusta Utilities service disconnections, late fees, and penalties will be suspended until normal operations resume. The suspension does not excuse customers from their obligations to pay for their utilities.
