Litigation partner Lewis R. Clayton's Intellectual Property Litigation column appeared in the October 8 issue of the New York Law Journal. The article examines the en banc decision of the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in Akamai Technologies Inc v. Limelight Networks Inc, in which a deeply split court considered significant issues concerning liability for induced infringement of method patents. Litigation associate Rachale C.
