Hadley Nagel is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group specializing in private M&A transactions. Hadley advises private equity houses, financial sponsors and investment managers on complex transactions, including both domestic and cross-border transactions, across a broad range of sectors and industries.

Prior to joining Paul, Weiss in London, Hadley was an M&A associate at another leading international law firm in New York City. She also completed a nine-month secondment at EQT.
