An associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice in the London office, Jon Webb advises private equity sponsors and corporate clients on a wide range of cross-border transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and sales, co-investments, joint ventures, equity arrangements and governance matters. Jon has experience across a broad range of sectors and has also advised on a number of secondary transactions and bolt-on acquisitions for portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Jon was an associate at a leading UK law firm. In 2023, he spent time on secondment at a London-headquartered investment fund specialising in providing NAV finance to private equity investors.
