Kadambari is an associate on the London Antitrust team, and advises clients on EU, UK and multijurisdictional merger control, foreign direct investment and EU foreign subsidies strategies and filings. Kadambari has acted for leading private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds and global corporations in matters before the European Commission, UK Competition and Markets Authority, and global antitrust and foreign direct investment agencies.

Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Kadambari practiced as an associate in the competition teams at leading law firms in India and the UK. She has represented clients in a variety of fields, including, among others, pharmaceuticals, health care and technology, and has advised on all aspects of international antitrust and competition law.
