An associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, Kaiya Kim-Saville specializes in advising private equity firms and financial sponsors on complex cross-border M&A. Kaiya has advised on a broad range of corporate transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and disposals, take privates, carve-outs, co-investments, restructurings and other corporate matters.

Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Kaiya was an associate at another leading international law firm and spent time on secondment to a large private equity firm focusing on global infrastructure investments. As a secondee, she advised on the legal aspects of the firm’s equity investments across Europe and on certain asset management aspects of its European portfolio.
