Litigation counsel Ben Klein will participate in a panel, “What Would You Do If? … What It Now Takes to Combat Bribery Risks in the Context of Gifts, Hospitality and Entertainment,” as part of the 20th Annual FCPA & Anti-Corruption for the Life Sciences Industry conference, hosted by the American Conference Institute. The panel will cover common bribery pitfalls that life sciences companies face when engaging with healthcare professionals and government officials, and best practices for ensuring that corporate hospitality remains ethical, transparent and compliant with global anti-bribery laws. The conference is the premier event for compliance and legal professionals to benchmark strategies, engage directly with enforcement officials and develop proactive approaches to mitigating new and emerging global risks.
