Kohlberg Acquires AM Conservation Group

AM Conservation Group, a leader in energy and water efficiency programs, products and services, announced that it has been acquired by funds managed by Paul, Weiss client Kohlberg & Company, L.L.C., a leading private equity firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Paul, Weiss team included, among others, corporate partners Angelo Bonvino, Thomas de la Bastide and Chuck Googe and tax partner Brad Okun.
