General Atlantic Invests in Accounting Firm Frazier & Deeter

Paul, Weiss is advising General Atlantic on its strategic growth investment in Frazier & Deeter, a globally recognized accounting and business advisory firm. The investment also included the participation of PSP Capital Partners and Aksia. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Following the close of the transaction, Frazier & Deeter will operate in an alternative practice structure. Frazier & Deeter, LLC, a licensed, global CPA firm, will provide attestation services, and Frazier & Deeter Advisory, LLC, will provide business advisory, tax and other non-attestation services. Both entities will be separately owned and governed but will operate under the Frazier & Deeter brand name.
